That's not true alwayswink, well if you get stuck with an A$&H*le for a resident yes stay away, you have a lots to learn from a senior resident specially the ones who are in their third year preparing for board exams.

THEY can teach you a LOT.....

Belive me, having been in a residency in which the camaradrie between residents is kind of paramount I not only learnt a lot from senior residents but also taught a lot of stuff to both intern, second year residents and students alike.

Medicine is such a vast and interesting subject you can make like interesting to eveyrone on your team by using evudence based teaching techniques.

Study MKSAP and Medsutdy materials they are superb they will not only change your practice but also will help you teach your juniors effectively.
