i have matched at UT houston and they require a document of marriage cert for name change........(my diploma and clerkships ,deans letter have only have my first and middle name as(Dr S.M)and no last name.......while my ecfmg cert, GC, Drivers license,passport ,has first middle and last name.as Dr S.M.G
my birth cert,and marriage cert also have all three names but not in that order(of first middle and last....but..it is middle first and last as M.S.G
my question is .......why did the univ ask fr marriage cert(i have not cnanged my maiden name. its only that my last name is missing in deans letter and degree.....it is Dr S.M)
secondly........is it ok to submit i my marriage cert which has all 3 names but in a differet order....(mid first last)(M.S.G)
any way i have submitted my marriaage cert and certified copy of GC it .will reach them tmorrow
i was wondering if they need anyother doc...........coz they will send the contract only after all this is cleared...
im tensed about the fact that ......what if they cancel or delay the contract??
pl enlighten me if u know any thing on this(i hope i have not confused u)

sorry cg, I don't know about it. Anyway you've already submitted them, so you can call and ask them if that's ok or if they need something else. I don't think it'll be a big trouble. let us know what happened please.
